Job Description


Provides on-site project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract for C4ISR Electronic Systems Bridge in Lexington Park, MD.


  • Responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting.
  • Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
  • Maintain documentation of contract data in the Contract Management System (CMS) which includes contract labor; other direct cost; funding; account codes; teammates, subcontractors, organization, and personnel information; and subcontract labor categories.
  • Access, process, and approve or reject vendor invoices within one day of receipt, reconcile financial data, identify and resolve discrepancies; and responsible for bi-monthly and monthly invoices for subcontractors.
  • Evaluate funding allocation for new and revised cost proposals.
  • Monitor projected labor, material, and travel expenditures for CACI personnel under the C4ISR contract.


  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Background in financial analysis and support of government contracts.
  • Self-motivated due to the complexity of the project/programs organizational structure.
  •  Associate's degree in a technical discipline field and two years of experience with analysis techniques and project support requirements or high school diploma and four years of experience with analysis techniques and project support requirements.
