CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Software Requirements Analyst that provides functional and system management requirement support for an Army Enterprise data analysis system at Crystal City, VA.
Provides functional and system requirements management support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Supports the program's functional requirements development, and works with Army stakeholders to define, develop and sustain functional system enhancements to address mission requirements in areas such as personnel, equipment, training, installations, Force Generation, Global Force Management, and contingency planning.
Leads or participates in cross-functional Operational Planning Teams consisting of stakeholders, technical leads, data team members, developers, functional planners, configuration managers, quality assurance analysts, technical SMEs, and testing specialists to gather requirements.
Provides independent analysis, advice, and recommendations to the Project Manager as requested, or required on, issues related to mission or system requirements.
Make innovative recommendations for new system capabilities or enhancements to address stakeholder-validated and/or Army information requirements.
Must have an Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, information Systems, Liberal Arts (e.g. English with a technically related minor) or an additional 2 years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Minimum of five years’ experience with:
Conducting requirements analysis and definition, testing, business consulting and support services for automated acquisition systems.
Conducting organization studies and evaluations.
Designing systems and procedures.
Conducting work simplification and measurement studies
Preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Experience using JIRA to manage requirements within waterfall, Agile, and/or hybrid software lifecycles.
