The Mission Coordinator Subject Matter Expert (MC SME) shall provide on-site and real-time operational and technical collaboration to the Government to assist in managing the mission. The contractor shall coordinate tasking with deleted customers. A Mission Coordinator SME shall use various tools and databases to monitor dataflow; monitor workflow; answer customer’s target specific requests; and manage the deleted analytic process and requests. In addition, the Mission Coordinator SME shall be able to apply geographic information science in support of deployed operations intelligence needs using SIGINT data deleted. Deleted Sentence. The Mission Coordinator SME shall also display a fundamental knowledge of reporting, dataflow, geospatial data, analytical methods, cartography and visualization, in addition to technical knowledge of deleted systems used deleted. The Mission Coordinator SME shall also provide mentoring support, develop working aids and training references, and provide the Government with input for job qualification standards in the mission management of ground operations. The MC SME supports activities at Fort Gordon, GA.
- Candidates with a TS/SCI Clearance and a CI Poly can be accepted for the program, however, the individual must be able to pass a FS Poly to remain employed.
- At least fifteen (15) or more years of experience directly related to tactical ground SIGINT operations, within the last seven years, with subject Agency, and/or another Intelligence Agency or DoD/Military component.
- Possess one or more of the following certifications (Subject Agency or SCE or industry equivalent Subject Matter Expert (SME) certification or demonstrated experience.), or (Successful completion of SIGINT analysis and reporting course at Goodfellow AFB along with subsequent basic, advanced, and senior leaders courses), or Successful completion of the SIGINT Warrant Officer Basic Course.
- Ground and/or airborne active/passive collection and interrogation methodologies exploiting (Ground System Mobile (GSM 2G, Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS 3G, Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi), Bluetooth, Agency fielded cooperative emitters, Digital Mobile Radio (DMR), Push to Talk Radio (PTT), Niagara Files (NiFi), Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) Alaska software).
