Conduct a coordinated all-source analytic effort to examine the full-threat spectrum in support of the DCIP and the DoD Warning Program with respect to critical infrastructure topics. Full-threat spectrum includes but is not limited to cyber capabilities, strategic military weapons, ballistic missile defense, domestic terrorists, transnational terrorists, and foreign intelligence operations. Create, coordinate, and review threat products. Work with JS/J2 Warning, and Defense Warning Community to provide strategic early alerting across the full-threat spectrum. Utilize the Mission Management Board process to integrate production with overall strategic direction, needs of DCIP, and the DoD Warning Program. Identify knowledge gaps and intelligence shortfalls. Validate existing collection strategy, requirements, and methodology for all types of collection and counterintelligence efforts. Develop indicators that identify intentions, capabilities, programs or actions of foreign actors and nation states that would put at risk defense critical infrastructure or other networks of interest. Produce Defense Critical Infrastructure Threat Assessments as directed. Provide threat assessments and other intelligence products on opposition capabilities and the potential impact on the DCIP to DI production standards. As directed, analyze the vulnerabilities of Defense assets to known threat vectors. Provide improved processes for integration, operational use, visualization, and sharing of intelligence and counterintelligence information related to critical infrastructures/assets.
