What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Afghan Logistics Advisor, you will advise on logistics, property management and training support to a 300-person Afghan Major Crimes Task Force (MCTF) and the Anti-Corruption Justice Center (ACJC) supporting the Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan (CSTC-A).
More About the Role:
You will provide stock record technician support and hands on training of MCTF and ACJC personnel to establish and maintain all stock record accounts. You will train personnel on the proper and accurate use of manual and automated supply systems, and assist with the training of MCTF ACJC logistics personnel in the core logistics tasks to lead them toward operation of assigned duties.
You will further assist MCTF and ACJC in developing and conducting quality assurance inspections and competency exercises. While support across all classes of supply from national depots, you will work with MCTF and ACJC personnel to spot check and correct errors, ensuring data is shared appropriately to support asset visibility reporting. You will ensure an annual 100% inventory is conducted, with monthly spot checks, and records are created and maintained as required.
Your responsibilities will also entail accurately closing out Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases with the Resolute Support Mission (RSM) Security Assistance Officer (SAO). In doing so, you will ensure daily transaction reports are available and report feedback monthly to Systems Developers and the RSM CJ45 office regarding changes and improvements to the logistics system.
