Job Description

CACI is looking for a entry level Help Desk Support professional to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Help Desk Support you will be the bridge between Mission end users of the system to be delivered to those who are architecting, engineering and/or developing the system.

More About the Role:

  • The qualified professional will also be supporting the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOPs, CDDs, requirements, scenarios, vignettes and use cases that accurately reflect end users' needs.
  • While assisting in the development, organization, and articulation of Mission expectations to support test planning and operational evaluation activities.
  • You will also be facilitating interactions between system user groups and system developers.
  • You will have the chance to assist in Mission's development of operational business rules, process, and policies that have system design and technical development implications.
  • While maintaining cognizance of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities.
  • You will also support information management transformation.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Four (4) years of demonstrated experience with SIGINT operations as a collector, processor, analyst, or reporter; an understanding of the laws, policies, and regulations governing SIGINT; clear understanding the Intelligence Community and the Extended Enterprise as it relates to the Agency's mission.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
We are looking for an entry level professional with a go-getter personality who is eager to take charge and provide the in between for users of the system. The ideal candidate will  communicates promptly on progress while also able to alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. The candidate will provide statistics for the weekly Service Desk report on call trends. An active TS/SCI with a CI poly is necessary as well.
