Join CACI as a Business Systems Analyst supporting financial management applications that help our Department of Defense customers plan and budget resources to support our country. We are looking for a self-starter with the desire to be a critical member of our Operations Support team in an Agile Scrum environment designing creative new solutions for our customers. Under minimal oversight, you will work closely with project managers, operations manager, scrum teams and clients in support of various initiatives to improve the quality and support of our applications on-site (Arlington locations) and sometimes remotely in the CACI Chantilly office.

You must be able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast paced environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Serves as the face for CACI’s team to the customers, working closely with the customers to help troubleshoot production issues across several applications, learn customer business processes, and build professional partnerships.
Collaborates with each application’s project manager to suggest ideas for enhancements or improvements to each application based on on-site support knowledge.
Serves as an integral member of a close-knit Operations Support team under the management of an Operations Support Lead.
Provides high quality on-site customer support in Arlington with some remote support throughout the year in the CACI Chantilly office.
Utilizes understanding of business applications to trouble-shoot and assist users with using the applications and make suggestions to improve user experience with the applications.
Works with the team to understand and resolve software problems, resolves customer complaints with software, and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
As an outstanding member of the Operations Support team you will:
Work directly with application users to assist them with using the applications, answer questions, troubleshoot potential issues, and communicate status of issue resolution.
Work closely with each application’s functional team to fully understand the application’s business requirements to enable you to validate application enhancements on-site and provide excellent user support.
Work closely with each application’s functional team to help conduct system testing at the client site to validate requirements.
Assist in training end users and provide on-site (Arlington locations) approximately 85-90% of the year with some remote user support in the Chantilly office during the remainder of the year.
Responsible for bringing urgent customer requests to each application team’s attention in a timely manner to ensure successful mitigation of issue for customer.
Assist in release testing and emergency patch testing efforts across different scrum teams.
Continuously analyze business and user needs and identify solutions to new and emerging business requirement requests.
Assist the Functional teams with documenting application requirements, as needed.
Bachelor's degree (in Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or similarly analytical field) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Zero to two years of related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional communication and presentation in a Federal government environment, including professional attire.
Ability to learn basic SQL to assist with troubleshooting application issues.
DoD Secret clearance must be obtainable.
Desire to work in an Agile environment.
Experience with the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering/documentation and testing in support of software applications
Experience interfacing with clients.
Interest in and/or comfort with presenting to an audience a plus.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Basic knowledge of how to query data using SQL.
Passion for learning complex business applications and getting into the details of why and how something works.
