Job Description

The developer will be responsible for managing the existing Medical Information Delivery (MID) SharePoint Content Management tool while supporting the migration of this SharePoint to a cloud enclave environment in support of Defense Healthcare Agency (DHA) initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for providing support in a cloud environment for platforms supporting multiple projects and implementing site processes/workflows to help organizations meet business process requirements.  Candidate will manage virtual libraries and create and maintain sites to host artifacts, materials, guidance, tools, etc. that can be shared within or across the different project teams and all branches of service (Army, Navy, AF, Marines) and their contractors (CAC-accessed).


  • Developing custom code
  • Developing and managing site content and capabilities
  • Implementing SharePoint-based workflows
  • Implementing and configuring usages of Search, Metadata, and User Profile Services within SP’s applications services framework
  • Development of BI dashboards
  • Developing and maintaining key components of the software suite using SharePoint 2013, Microsoft .Net framework, ActiveClient, SQL Server 2014 Standard and/or Enterprise Edition, Windows Server 2012
  • Understanding of database technologies to include backup/restoration and replication
  • Working with project Stakeholders to develop requirements and maintain core documentation throughout the project

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related field
  • 15-20 years of SharePoint Development experience
  • 3-5 years of Cloud Experience
  • Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and multi task
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables
  • Security+ certification and/or operating system certification a plus
  •  Active Secret Clearance
