In this exciting position you will provide support to the EUCOM J2X-CI section by providing Cyber Support to the CI Section.
At European Command Joint Intelligence, Counterintelligence Command (EUCOM J2X-CI), You will:
Provide Counterintelligence Cyber Management using multiple agency based systems to coordinate cyber operations and intelligence collection.
Provide management and support to EUCOM components for planning, coordinating, training, and integrating all aspects of the Counterintelligence Operations initiatives and programs including Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Program-Mission Assurance Program (CIP-MAA).
Provide administrative, professional, and technical support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the EUCOM Counterintelligence mission.
Represent EUCOM J2X-CI in cyber exercise development. Facilitate EUCOM Joint Cyber Center (JCC), CYBERCOM, Allied Command Counterintelligence (ACCI) and EUCOM intelligence components staff support and Partner state participation.
Interface with all levels of government (US Federal, NATO, and Partner Nations), military and civilian.
Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty.
Be the expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms.
Conduct and attend meetings to determine software requirements, collection requirements, writing system requirement specifications, software specifications, end user documentation, and any other required documentation as part of the contract deliverable.
Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 11 years of specialized experience.
This position requires an active TS/SCI Security clearance and willingness to undergo a CI Poly.
Familiarity with the EUCOM J2X and how it functions within the J2 Staff.
Proficient in providing input and expert analysis of Cyber related issues as they impact Counterintelligence.
Proficient in attending meetings and bringing back or putting forth the government stance on issues relating to Cyber activity in the EUCOM AOR.
Have the ability to network with other Cyber entities and analysts on staff to put forth a corroborated Cyber picture.
