Job Description

CACI is seeking a creative and innovative Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the Enterprise IT organization by embedding corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. 

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes while identifying new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
  • Review key business performance targets to identify relevant talent implications to the business.
  • Support line managers and the HR team in understanding and planning for talent pipeline needs that are impacted by the line’s business strategy and objectives.
  • Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.
  • Assist line leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current/future business need and employees’ career objectives.
  • Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues resulting in win-win outcomes.
  • Manage specific projects as needed and contribute to functional and cross-functional HR initiatives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
  • Current knowledge of employment laws and practices

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
  • HR experience within a government contracting environment
