As the Executive Vice President – Shared Services, you will design, develop and provide overall top-level leadership for the SSC. You will join the CACI Executive Leadership Team in order to lead and manage the SSC departmental functions and performance by developing people and processes that supports CACI’s vision, mission and core values. While you will be based at the SSC in Oklahoma City, OK, you will travel regularly (about 25% of the time) to CACI offices in the Washington, DC and Northern VA areas and possibly other offices as well.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Strategically align the Shared Services delivery with CACI’s strategic business goals to ensure optimal organization and team performance.
Pursue organizational alignment with values, mission, and vision through relationship-building, staff development, role modeling, and the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Manage resource planning and budget for the SSC and plan, review and integrate potential new service activity into the SSC.
Provides support, oversight, and direction to the Shared Services departments ensuring adequate staffing and optimal operations.
Provide senior leadership guidance to the CACI functional leaders for the consistent and continuous improvements to key services and service level agreements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting according to senior management team needs and expectations.
Develop and monitor customer service metrics for service delivery and transactional processing.
Interpret approved policies, procedures and programs and partner with the SSC Management Team on the effective execution, processing and administration of the policies.
Demonstrate commitment to open communication and fully participate in organizational problem-solving, decision making and strategic planning.
Establish and manage the Shared Services department’s function and performance by developing people and processes that supports CACI’s vision, mission and core values.
Continuously build, develop and improve operations, processes, and procedures in Shared Services to support strategic direction.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field
15+ years of professional experience with a focus on operations excellence, strategic planning, workforce planning and change management.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and team-building. First-hand knowledge of how to organize functional teams to maximize efficiencies and position the organization for continued growth.
