At CACI, we are thrilled to open our new Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK! Our SSC will be home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.
We are looking for a Workforce Specialist to be a key contributor to the Shared Service Talent Acquisition team and will participate in administering and implementing CACI’s Mobility programs.
You are an exceptional communicator and possess an innate sense of urgency. You are empathetic and establish relationships/networks easily while being energetic, detail oriented, analytical, and self-starting.
More About This Role:
Support the overall Employee Mobility Program goal of increasing the number of openings that are filled by internal CACI employees.
Perform proactive and reactive searches using CACI candidate and employee databases to identify, screen, qualify, and match employees to open requisitions.
Provide information and contingency planning on projected available staff increases due to recompete loss or project completion.
Coordinate employee placement efforts by working closely and driving efforts with Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partners, and the Business Lines.
Act as the employee advocate for transitioning employees who are uncovered or will soon become uncovered, or are in search of career growth and mobility.
Provide guidance to recruiters and managers regarding communications with uncovered employees and Employee Mobility candidates.
Consistently maintain accurate employee data for program participants and maintain and/or distribute weekly reports as required.
Awareness of employee programs and coordination with them when appropriate.
Actively support various employee engagement and retention initiatives with the company.
Participate in planning and policy development when applicable.
Working knowledge of Recruitment Processes and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and general knowledge of Human Resources a must.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
This position requires an eager, motivated, individual with strong inter-personal skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, workforce planning or career management.
Previous experience supporting a shared service center and/or similar industry
