What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements
Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices
Perform analysis on business processes to identify improvements
Work with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions
Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel
Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements
Perform configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to collect and document functional requirements
Experience working with developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Experience conducting front end testing utilizing documented as well as ad hoc test scenarios
Experience conducting back end testing utilizing interface specifications, Excel, SQL, and other automation tools
Requires advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Back Office HR, Accounting, Contracts and Procurement for a Government Contractor preferred
