Position Details:
- Investigators will conduct background investigations for the purposes of employment suitability and security clearance determinations for the Office of Personnel Management
- Investigators will be required to conduct face-to-face interviews with subjects; Investigators will also perform record searches at law enforcement agencies, courthouses and mental health, financial and educational institutions relative to the subject of investigation

Required Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of planning and technical analysis support related to test and evaluation activities for programs within the JPEO-CBD portfolio, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Submitting yearly financial resource requirements for test and evaluation
- Identifying and coordinating personnel for test and evaluation support
- Refining the master test schedule (e.g., confirm and track hardware, test site, and personnel availability, monitor schedule drivers, etc.)
- Providing guidance on test concepts
- Managing development, coordination and approval of all test documentation
- Identifying test resource requirements (e.g., workforce, infrastructure, assets, etc.)
- Ensuring facility test and evaluation tools (e.g., information technology, targets, video, simulators, instrumentation, etc.) are capable of supporting planned testing
General Experience:

Four (4) years of general experience with two (2) years of experience in a program office or similar organization

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Display the ability to perform the following:
- Assist in developing test requirements and test strategies for potential/new start acquisition programs
- Develop and/or implement metrics (e.g., Critical Technical Parameters, Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, Critical Operational Issues) relative to the product/system under test
- Serve as a member of the program test and evaluation working-level IPT
- Draft and coordinate test and evaluation documentation (e.g., Test and Evaluation Strategy, TEMP, test plans, etc.)
- Develop test and evaluation materials/data for technical and progress reviews
- Assist in the coordination of Information Assurance testing and the DoD
- Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline, is required.
- DAU Level II certification in SPRDE, or the civilian equivalent, is preferred.

Serve as a logistician, providing all acquisition logistics support functions (i.e., planning, development, implementation and management of support concepts and strategies) for programs within the JPEO-CBD portfolio. Using performance-based logistics, the offeror shall plan and develop effective product support strategies, ensuring they meet established goals for operational effectiveness and readiness. The offeror shall manage, as required, review and comment on Contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages and other logistics-related deliverables. The offeror shall determine level of maintenance, review system parts lists and make recommendations on the table of allowance. Perform other tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead the IPT on all multi-service support issues
- Lead the Government team during Contractor logistics support review sessions
- Monitor supportability requirements in relation to the established requirements for cost, schedule and performance
- Ensure integration of all support elements to maximize system deployability, supportability and mobility
- Develop fielding plans and logistics demonstration plans and coordinate them with stakeholders

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Expert knowledge of DoD acquisition logistics management and the current Joint logistics practices employed within the JPEO-CBD Enterprise

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
