The selected candidate will be responsible for managing remote project personnel in the design, development, test and deployment of an enterprise SharePoint application utilizing Capability Maturity Model for Integration (CMMI) Level 3 processes and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. Specific duties and responsibilities include:<br/>- Accountable for delivering solutions within approved budget and schedule commitments while maintaining required quality and compliance standards<br/>- Using dispersed teams, track progress, assign work, plan activities and report progress in a SDLC methodology that may include, Agile, Scrum, RAD or Waterfall.<br/>- Establish, maintain and track project schedule and resources, including subcontractors, and subordinates to project completion<br/>- Responsible for interfacing with the program management team and government personnel to resolve complex issues<br/>- Interfacing with stakeholders and resolving project issues<br/>- Conduct Risk Management, including mitigating risks and monitoring project level risks<br/>- Following established project management standards and lead/contribute to continued development of the project/program management capability<br/>- Creating and maintaining project schedules (Microsoft Project 2007/2010) with sufficient details for new and existing development and deployment projects<br/>- Produce schedules at the appropriate levels of detail for management reviews, resource assignments a project level tracking and communication<br/><br/><br/><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b><br/><br/>Typically requires bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science) and eight to ten years of management experience related to IT systems development. The selected candidate will be responsible for the oversight and consultation on software development solutions using .NET technologies and SharePoint Portal environments.<br/>Specific duties and responsibilities include:<br/>- Integrating with an established Enterprise Infrastructure Team.<br/>- Reviewing submitted software and hardware designed solutions from dispersed teams.<br/>- Provide recommendations, improvements and/or approval of selected solutions based on detailed system requirements and stakeholder needs.<br/>- Prepare artifacts, presentations, and design documentation in order to support a Solution Integration Strategy Report (SISR).<br/>- Review and support technical teams in the completion and delivery of work products for application and design details.
