CACI employs full time and contract investigators who provide investigative services in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories.<br/><br/>Position Description:<br/>The hired candidate will conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals and review appropriate records to obtain the facts needed to resolve all material issues in a case or to establish the background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications of the subject under investigation.  He/she will explore the most significant or promising leads, note all pertinent facts, and under supervisory guidance, enlarge, extend, cancel, or discontinue investigations consistent with policies, procedures, and instructions contained in the Investigator's Handbook. Candidates will also have the opportunity to mentor junior Background Investigators and train them on proper investigative techniques.<br/>Security Clearance:<br/>All applicants must possess a favorable determination based on a single-scoped background investigation from the OPM.<br/><br/><br/><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b><br/>- Current OPM credentials<br/>- Eighteen months of consecutive experience specializing in conducting background investigations on behalf of the OPM<br/>- Ability to work under minimal supervision utilizing a home-based office<br/>- A current driver's license and reliable transportation, plus be willing to travel in support of assignments<br/>- Excellent writing, communication, time management, and problem solving skills<br/>- Good judgment and strict confidentiality<br/>- Possess a clean integrity record<br/>- Intermediate laptop computer and typing skills<br/>- Demonstrated ability to meet quality, production, and timeliness standards<br/>- Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of people in various settings<br/>- A can-do attitude and a sense of mission in support of national security initiatives<br/><br/>Working for CACI is a great opportunity! The tools accommodate both functional and load testing. These frameworks allow the team to perform end-to-end testing in multi-component environments. You could expect to work with test engineers to design and develop a reusable architecture for the test automation.<br/>Core responsibilities would include the following:<br/>Prepare reusable functions to improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of test scripts<br/>Design frameworks to increase and speed up their productivity<br/><br/>Support the frameworks by supporting dev/QA with issues using the tool. The engineer will implement automation test scripts and lead the integration with the test management tool<br/><br/>Take on lead testing role responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, its schedule and prioritization<br/><br/>Work with management, developers and quality assurance personnel to meet these goals<br/><br/>Support the build master implement/improve build test processes, environments, and scripts; and ensure that code drops to quality assurance are of the highest quality<br/><br/>Provide a practical approach to complex product testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing<br/><br/>Review product requirements, functional and design specifications determine and prepare automated test cases<br/><br/>Work closely with other QC team members to automate the execution and verification of reports created by the Rational Tools<br/><br/>Work closely with various Development team members to understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner<br/>Lead efforts focusing on automation of an identified set of migration tests, checking they run correctly and working within the infrastructure<br/><br/>Some travel may be required<br/><br/><br/><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b><br/>Bachelor degree, or equivalent, and at least 12 years of related experience<br/><br/>Extensive experience with Rational Tools, including Rational Functional Tester (RFT), Rational Performance Tester (RPT) and Rational Team Concert (RTC)<br/>Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
