Duties and Responsibilities:

Linguist to provide language and analysis support to National Media Exploitation Center in Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities

The Wexford Group International is currently seeking Analysts to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in order to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

This multi-discipline team provides operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO-COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The team will coordinate SOF requests for support with other deployed Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) assets provided by JIEDDO and partner nation elements. The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.

Detailed Responsibilities:

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst serves as an All Source Analyst with the Special Operations Forces Comprehensive Look Team (SOFCLT) responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of a SOF analytical team.

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action concentrated on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple intelligence disciplines and operational capabilities to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.

The SOF All Source Intelligence applies a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the Ops/Intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source information) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and provides daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The SOF All Source Analyst will possess effective oral and written skills and demonstrate the capability to lead analytical teams as they develop customer-focused intelligence products and solutions.

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst should have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. Will work as part of a dynamic team using Agile Development Methodology supporting mission critical systems that are being expanded and integrated. Required Qualifications:
- Strong JAVA coding and development skills.
- Hibernate, spring, javascript, jquery, extjs, and jsp.
- Previous experience with Agile methodology.
- Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
- The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client. (TS/SCI with favorable polygraph)

Demonstrates experience in using strong analytical skills to understand specific customer domains and drive technical solutions; developing relation databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL Server, Informix); experience in developing with non-relational databases (e.g. Cassandra, Hapoop, Couch, NoSQL, Project Voldemort, Mongo, Drizzle); experience in using the Agile/Scrum approach to software development; experience and skills using C#, C++, C, Java, PERL, and/or Python)


Required Qualifications:
- Would need to be able to work the 4th shift
Saturday - Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related experience.
