Ensure delivery of services, and solutions to customers.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = &quot;urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office&quot; /><br/><br/><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/><br/>Responsible for Division Group's Revenue and Gross Profit growth in a defined health market segment including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to include Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Health Administration and National Cemetery Administration; the DoD Military Health Systems that includes TRICARE and the medical departments of the Army, Navy and Air Force; and, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and their 11 operating divisions.  Will have a leading role in developing and fielding services and solutions that will improve the health of all Americans.<br/><br/>Fully accountable for the continued growth, profitability, and corporate compliance of his/her organization, and works towards annual and quarterly performance metrics established by the business group manager. Responsible for the hiring, firing, promotion and training of employees within the division group, and for ensuring compliance with the company's affirmative action program; this includes ensuring that employees are provided with timely performance reviews and performance objectives. Responsible for establishing practices and procedures to ensure the highest level of professional standards in conducting the division's business activities for reinforcing the Company's culture, and for building long-lasting relationships with company employees, clients and business partners.<br/><br/>Fully accountable for the delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost consistently on a best-value basis, and for developing a risk management process that ensures business risks are understood, factored into the division's client solutions and services, and made known to the business group manager.<br/><br/>Accountable for expanding the business of his/her profit centers and coordinates their business development activities with Corporate Business Development to ensure their continuing growth and profitability.  Promotes and ensures ethical business practices and a client oriented philosophy. Provides the leadership and direction in the capture and selling of business solutions, services and products.<br/><br/>Provides leadership in working in a collaborative fashion with other division groups of the company to accomplish strategic objectives, profitable organic growth, and increased shareholder value.<br/><br/>Provides leadership to the managers/directors who head his/her division group's profit centers and takes an active role in the development of their annual operating plans. Works closely with each manager/director who heads a profit center in the division group to ensure that each division is structured and staffed to fully meet the needs of its respective business and clients and ensure the retention of the latter and generate optimum revenues and profit to CACI.<br/><br/>Monitors his/her managers' personal performance and that of their key subordinates/group and guides their professional development. Plans and oversees the professional development of division staff, hiring and retaining qualified professionals as needed.<br/><br/>Responsible for making senior management aware early on of issues, problems, or cost impacts within his division group regardless of the circumstances.<br/><br/><b>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</b><br/>Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business or computer sciences is mandatory. Requires 8 to 12 years of line management experience, 15 years of relevant experience providing solutions for customers in the Government health information technology or healthcare services markets is highly preferred.  Understanding of the dynamic and transformational health markets and a strong knowledge of competitor capabilities.  Established relationships with the major Government health IT and services contractors with the ability form competitive teams. <item><title>Joint Expeditionary Team Member Job (Crystal City, VA, US)</title><description><![CDATA[Joint Expeditionary Team Member<br/>Operations<br/>Location: Crystal City, VA                                       <br/><b>Reference Code:</b> WEX-1742<br/><b>Travel:</b> 30% OCONUS<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>The Wexford Group International is seeking Senior Operational Specialists/Training Subject Matter Experts to provide direct support to the Army, Marine and other US Joint Forces to serve as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to the Global War on Terrorism, focused on countering improvised explosive devices.<br/><br/>These positions are best suited for broadly-gauged experts who have extensive experience in all areas and levels of counterinsurgency operations - from patrol to Division level.<br/><br/>Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, including high threat environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan.<br/><br/><b>Experience and Education:</b><br/><br/>Recent in-theater experience with a combat arms unit is required.
