Participates in planning and policy development issues.<br/><br/><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/><br/>Provides leadership in integrating vendor, manufacturer, and technical knowledge into the network environment.  Plans, tests, recommends, and implements network, file server, mainframe, and workstation hardware and software.
