Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of the CACI team you will provide documentation support as part of our team providing quality requirements and design services for the Air Force DEAMS program.

In this role, you will:
Follow CMMI Level 3 processes that are integrated with the customer's processes to include assuring the implementation of tailored processes on the program

Ensure the proper engineering considerations are incorporated into the design of each release

Work with all stakeholders to ensure the DEAMS design includes the adoption of the DISA Server Hosting and Virtualization service for purposes of application hosting

Ensure the design makes use of the technical capabilities of Oracle EBS

Ensure the design is compliant with relevant technical standards including those identified as part of the DoD Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture and DoD information Technology Standards and Profile Registry (DISR)

Analyze the impact of the Roll-Out strategy on hardware, software, and network capacity and provide recommendations

Normally work M-F 8 AM - 5 PM, but occasional weekend and extended hours work could be expected

Participate as a leader and as a senior team member

Coordinate efforts with co-workers, clients, operations, and technical support personnel
Ensure focus on organizational continuous improvement plans and programs
Provide mentoring and training to program employees where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of related experience

Solid understanding of DISA “Capacity Services” GCSS-AF services including STIG requirements, CIE usage, enterprise service bus, and Information Assurance compliance

Experience working on DoD IT projects and an understanding of schedules, milestones, and suspense's

In depth understanding of Air Force culture, values, and norms

Ability to be flexible and able to work as part of a team with rapidly evolving activities
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to travel, if needed

As this Software Configuration Management Specialist, you will directly support the Air Force Civil Engineer NexGen Information Technology (AF CE NexGen IT) effort. In this role, under minimal direction, you will, at an advanced technical level, perform assessment, preparation and implementation of environments and change control activities for medium size complex tasks. You could expect to coordinate various departments to research and update procedures and other CM concerns; and work with customers and technical staff to resolve problems as needed.

Typical responsibilities for this role would include:

Assists in the maintenance and control of the configuration of identified items such as baselines, documentation, drawings, specifications, and associated documentation within an approved CM tool

Ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations

The candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing all-source intelligence products, and presenting/publishing products at the tactical and operational level. Provide input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on Threat Awareness, Force Protection, and Indications and Warnings (I&W), CIED, COIN, and targeting, while supplying analytical support for senior Military leaders.

The candidate will attend meetings and conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission..

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred.
- Only active duty military time counts toward years of experience. Reserve/National Guard duty, instructor duty/training (AIT, WLC, ALC, and language, etc) does not count towards experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing basic intelligence analytical tools computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development, including MS Office Product Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong research capabilities and writing skills of effectively operating as a member of a tactical or strategic analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

Former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or service equivalent.

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in either IED or C-IED, CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis preferred.
