Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead contract team to provide Information Assurance support to the 844th Communications Group. Selected candidate will report to the government IA Manager (IAM) who retains authority for the IA program. Support/perform duties required of a Wing IA Manager (IAM) as documented in AFI 33-200 and AFI 33-210 in support of all USAF units in the National Capital Region (AFNCR--primarily the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling). The AFNCR (Wing) IA Office provides COMPUSEC, EMSEC, TMAP, Certification and Accreditation (C&A), and COMSEC functions on behalf of their users. Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.

Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity.

May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.

As the Intelligence Analyst, you will perform installation, operational readiness preparations and maintenance of SIGINT capabilities onboard European Command Partner Nation naval ships. You will be responsible for ensuring the SIGINT equipment is properly accounted for, is maintained, operates as intended, and all casualties are corrected in a timely manner. You will work aboard naval vessels (inport) and aboard military installations and other areas as required.

This position requires long-term travel assignment and relocation to a foreign nation in the European Command Area of Responsibility. It is expected that you will work from our Crane, IN office for 30 days prior to deployment. CACI orientation, training, immunizations, and equipment familiarization will occur prior to actual deployment.

An ideal candidate will have a background as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) or Cryptologic Technician Collections (CTR) with USN experience, specialized SIGINT equipment operation and maintenance familiarity are preferred skills. Applicants should have verifiable SIGINT associates for personal references.

Extensive travel is required.


Required Qualifications:

BS, or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience performing SIGINT operations and maintenance disciplines.

Ability to relocate OCONUS for extended periods to a foreign partner nation within the European Command Area of Responsibility.

Miust have a current SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

Possess verifiable skills and demonstrated ability to utilize DRT SIGINT equipment and associated hardware peripherals.

Possess superior knowledge, skill and ability in SIGINT data collection, analysis, operating policies and protocols, methods and systems. Verifiable experience in an operational SCIF environment a plus.

Experience as a Communications Officer and/or experience in the data management, inventory and accountability of COMSEC/SIGINT also beneficial to applicants.

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Researches, designs, and develops computer software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development, for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, and scientific applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Involvement in business development includes briefing customers on company capabilities.

Formulates and designs software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.

Consults with customers concerning maintenance of software system.

Provides support for the acquisition, installation, maintenance and operations of computer systems hardware, software and networks within assigned customer work stations and facilities.

Contributes technical material to selected proposals and reports to substantiate and secures program funding. Acts as technical lead for pre-proposal, proposal, and existing program efforts.

Identifies creative solutions to improve system and product offerings.

Reviews test plans and define / develop test benches for software libraries. Integrates externally developed code into core libraries.

Works with engineering and management team to collectively meet market requirements.

Documents engineering work as input for company collateral and patent requirements.

Collaborates with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation.

Coordinates with project work teams to ensure adherence to policies, achievement of quality targets and delivery on schedule milestones.

Supports program management office in technical role.

Represents the organization as a customer contact on contracts or projects.

Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.

Provides advice, guidance and team leadership to less experienced staff.


Required Qualifications:
- Senior level experience developing web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET with C#, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, SQL Server 2008, Entity Framework, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Knowledge of IIS 6.0 and 7.0.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008.
- Must have IAT Level II qualifications.
- ACTIVE Secret security clearance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience.

Desired Qualifications:
COMSEC experience a plus.
