The IA Service Design/ Implementation Project Lead shall have credentials at the ITIL Intermediate level or the equivalent. Create Web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB or other languages to make business applications accessible.<br/><br/>Responsible for designing, developing and debugging web sites and web based applications utilizing various technologies.  Skill to design, develop and manage application databases.
