- Website Support: The JIOWC develops and maintains dynamic web sites on multiple networks at different classification levels and also has additional developmental sites. - SharePoint Website Management: In response to the Air Force and DoD SharePoint initiative, the JIOWC uses Microsoft SharePoint Server and Intelink as their web portal system. Intelink is a group of secure intranets used by the United States Intelligence Community. Microsoft SharePoint software is a Website Management System for managing large websites. With SharePoint, the JIOWC can quickly build and easily maintain dynamic, customized and sophisticated sites. The JIOWC is using SharePoint to host the JIOWC main web sites and the sites of the Divisions and teams in the JIOWC. Because SharePoint is a permission-based system, the Divisions and teams can be designated as authors to their own sites.
- Information Network Support: The JIOWC’s information network spans multiple physical networks that are at different classification levels and locations. Web and collaborative technology (e.g. SharePoint, VTC, etc.) are used to transmit IO data to the remote warfighter.

Personnel Requirements:

- Each must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either website development, website maintenance, website management, and/or SharePoint in support of Information Operations to the Joint warfighter. All three personnel may collectively cover each of these categories with at least one person that possesses all of the requisite experience
- Must have recent (within last year) experience and/or education in the following:

The contractor shall provide support to a USAF client. Support shall include but not be limited to the following:

- Project Tracking: The contractor shall develop, update and maintain databases for specific project tracking. - Statutory and Regulatory Requirements Support: The contractor shall assist with the review, interpretation and application of new statutory and regulatory requirements. The contractor shall make recommendations for Air Force integration.

The contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions as defined in OFPP Policy Letter 92-1, Inherently Governmental Functions" and FAR Subpart 7.5, Inherently Governmental Functions." Responsibilities

The Wexford Group International is currently seeking Analysts to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in order to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

This multi-discipline team provides operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO-COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The team will coordinate SOF requests for support with other deployed Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) assets provided by JIEDDO and partner nation elements. The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.

Detailed Responsibilities:

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst serves as an All Source Analyst with the Special Operations Forces Comprehensive Look Team (SOFCLT) responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of a SOF analytical team.

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action concentrated on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple intelligence disciplines and operational capabilities to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.

The SOF All Source Intelligence applies a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the Ops/Intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source information) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.

The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Project Summary: Geospatial Intelligence Analysts exploit imagery, imagery products (including Advanced Geospatial Intelligence) and geographic products and data to create intelligence solutions for the Warfighter and senior government officials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing analytic capabilities and enhance tool infrastructure for next generation analysts.
- Knowledge of all-source analysis or targeting
- Experience and knowledge of artificial intelligence, computer game development, machine learning algorithms are a plus.
- Drafting and preparing program management documentation for software applications and systems; drafting and coordinating presentations for the ARB; drafting and coordinating projects through the ARB process; drafting ACQUIRE documents; drafting and preparing SLAs; and experience in tracking, managing, and migrating project dependencies

Required Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The forensic analyst will provide mid-level identity exploitation biometrics focused on DOMEX I2 exploitation, face matching adjudication and digital identity exploitation. Analyst will be responsible for producing intelligence reporting and data correlation in support of exporting data to national databases.

Analysts will work under the direction of the Sr. Intelligence Officer (SIO) to produce identity intelligence reporting and data correlation under guidelines and procedures established by the I2 and government leads. They will conduct thorough identity exploitation of media, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and preparing identity attributes for dissemination to national databases. Analyst will maintain thorough understanding of all tools/systems used for identity exploitation of biometric and non-biometric identity attributes. They will perform link analysis for identity attributes across NMEC holdings. Will ensure all work is tracked in accordance with the I2 government lead guidelines. Ensures that SIO and I2 leads are aware of exploitation findings. Maintains continuity with partner organizations to ensure data sharing, and awareness of DOMEX policies & guidelines. Analysts will develop and train to stay proficient on operations to include adjudication of face matches. They will also provide input to weekly staff meetings and briefings on exploitation progress. Will routinely interact with interagency partners on products and support services.

Description:

Candidates will serve as a team member with CACI, DoD and other InterAgency analysts to provide targeting and analysis in support of coordinated InterAgency operations against proliferation networks and related threat finance and facilitation activities. Coordinates with IC agencies as needed to support HUMINT operations.
- May serve as primary point of contact and targeting team lead, and as such, leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks, articulating and communicating assignments and projects among employees and contractors and making adjustments to ensure timely accomplishment of tasks.

Qualifications:
Assignments require knowledge of a full-range of concepts, principles, and practices in all-source analysis, raw data fusion, and skills applying this knowledge to difficult, multi-agency work assignments. Based on the assignments, the analyst will assist in developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternatives uses of new or available data sources. Innovation and creativity, plus a "self-starter" attitude, are important. Assignments require professional knowledge of a wide-range of human intelligence targeting principles, concepts, and techniques to accomplish difficult and complex work assignments. Knowledge of applying HUMINT collection capabilities and targeting development strategies and processes against prioritized regional and transnational target sets.

Education:
Candidates must have skills equivalent to 5-7 years of analytical experience. 5 or more years of cultural analytic experience is desired. Bachelor's degree.

As a recognized expert, the senior-level counterintelligence analyst analyzes Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and Intelligence Community agencies. Provides specialized analytical support utilizing sophisticated analyst tools and CI, CT and/or all-source analytical methodologies to produce integrated, all-source intelligence in support of CI investigations and operations, as well as US Military activities and operations.

Required Qualifications and Expectations:

Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and willing to take a CI Scope Polygraph

Bachelor or Masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training and 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience. CI and/or analysis training/certifications/formal school required. Some positions require personnel with formal training and experience as credentialed Counterintelligence Agents.

Must be proficient in Intelligence Community analytical methodologies, standards and software tools and possess a working knowledge of FIE organizational structures, capabilities, intentions, tradescraft, and Modus Operandi, as well as the concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods and techniques pertaining to DoD CI investigations and operations.

Must have a working knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods, and techniques pertaining to DoD IAW ODNI standards and DIA intelligence analysis and production, as well as familiarity with the DoD CI Enterprise structure, to include DoD CI support to Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands. and other DoD components.

Must possess analytical, written and oral English communications skills and ability to think logically creatively.

Must be capable of working independently with minimal Government oversight to provide completed products that may require only minor revisions and/or editing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The analyst will perform geospatial at NASIC including:
(1) accessing data from multiple sources, (2) processing, analyzing data and producing reports based on the data, (3) coordinating with other analysts when creating integrated reports or creating single source reports depending on RFI requirements, (4) dissemination of products via export to web pages, databases and direct transmission to requestors, and (5) ensure security classifications are accurately noted. The analyst will prepare and present briefings on analysis performed. The analyst will support 8x5 production on site at NASIC and surge up to 24x7 production, as needed, to support workload requirements.

Required Qualifications:

The Intelligence Officer is responsible for the oversight of the team’s intelligence products, including review of technical reports and other products, developed by the team.

IO will be responsible for work assignment, prioritization and review of Identity exploitation operations under guidance of the government lead. Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.

Researches, compiles, evaluates and integrates Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports, and based on US National and theater priorities.

Prepares the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments.

May train others on specialized SIGINT equipment operation.

Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications.

Reviews and evaluates the overall reporting from assets to help determine asset validity.

May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.

As the Intelligence Analyst, you will perform installation, operational readiness preparations and maintenance of SIGINT capabilities onboard European Command Partner Nation naval ships. You will be responsible for ensuring the SIGINT equipment is properly accounted for, is maintained, operates as intended, and all casualties are corrected in a timely manner. You will work aboard naval vessels (inport) and aboard military installations and other areas as required.

This position requires long-term travel assignment and relocation to a foreign nation in the European Command Area of Responsibility. It is expected that you will work from our Crane, IN office for 30 days prior to deployment. CACI orientation, training, immunizations, and equipment familiarization will occur prior to actual deployment.

An ideal candidate will have a background as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) or Cryptologic Technician Collections (CTR) with USN experience, specialized SIGINT equipment operation and maintenance familiarity are preferred skills. Applicants should have verifiable SIGINT associates for personal references.

Extensive travel is required.


Required Qualifications:

BS, or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience performing SIGINT operations and maintenance disciplines.

Ability to relocate OCONUS for extended periods to a foreign partner nation within the European Command Area of Responsibility.

Miust have a current SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

Possess verifiable skills and demonstrated ability to utilize DRT SIGINT equipment and associated hardware peripherals.

Possess superior knowledge, skill and ability in SIGINT data collection, analysis, operating policies and protocols, methods and systems. Verifiable experience in an operational SCIF environment a plus.
