The team will coordinate SOF requests for support with other deployed Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) assets provided by JIEDDO and partner nation elements. The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.<br/><br/>Detailed Responsibilities:<br/><br/>The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst serves as an All Source Analyst with the Special Operations Forces Comprehensive Look Team (SOFCLT) responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of a SOF analytical team.<br/><br/>The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action concentrated on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple intelligence disciplines and operational capabilities to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.<br/><br/>The SOF All Source Intelligence applies a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the Ops/Intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source information) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.<br/><br/>The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The SOF All Source Intelligence Analyst provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and provides daily feedback to the team lead on product development. You will work aboard naval vessels (inport) and aboard military installations and other areas as required.<br/><br/>This position requires long-term travel assignment and relocation to a foreign nation in the European Command Area of Responsibility.  It is expected that you will work from our Crane, IN office for 30 days prior to deployment.  CACI orientation, training, immunizations,  and equipment familiarization will occur prior to actual deployment.<br/><br/>An ideal candidate will have a background as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) or Cryptologic Technician Collections (CTR) with USN experience, specialized SIGINT equipment operation and maintenance familiarity are preferred skills.  Applicants should have verifiable SIGINT associates for personal references.<br/><br/>Extensive travel is required.<br/><br/><br/><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b><br/><br/>BS, or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience performing SIGINT operations and maintenance disciplines.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = &quot;urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office&quot; /><br/><br/>Ability to relocate OCONUS for extended periods to a foreign partner nation within the European Command Area of Responsibility.<br/><br/>Miust have a current SECRET clearance.<br/><br/><b><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></b><br/><br/>Possess verifiable skills and demonstrated ability to utilize DRT SIGINT equipment and associated hardware peripherals.<br/><br/>Possess superior knowledge, skill and ability in SIGINT data collection, analysis, operating policies and protocols, methods and systems.
