Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI is seeking a Momentum Functional Analyst to provide functional on-site support to our client in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities in this role may include the following:
- Requirements, analysis, and business process re-engineering (BPR).
- Writing designs or analysis papers.
- Deriving test cases, scenarios, or scripts.
- Executing test scripts or regression testing.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and developing documented solutions to any ad-hoc requests.
- Assisting the help desk to analyze and resolve reported issues.
- Providing the analysis and recommendations to implement process improvement changes or new functionality in Momentum.
In addition to core performance tasks, this project will provide the Financial Support Analyst with an ability to gain expertise in several functional areas to grow the client’s business, and an ability to grow and expand into other areas of functional support, including: system testing, design/development, a complete analysis of baseline changes (and determining any necessary fixes), database maintenance, and assisting with Momentum help desk analysis and issue resolution. It is expected that the functional analyst have a solid background in functional analysis, requirements gathering and definition, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. This position requires a degree of independent analysis, so self-motivation and the ability to drive and own tasks are preferred. At least 1 year of Momentum experience is desired.


Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience.
- A minimum of 1 year relevant professional experience in a Business Analyst role performing functional design, testing and configuration.
- An understanding of Momentum Financials or equivalent ERP software (ie: SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft Financials), to include Federal Financial Management (ie: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Project Cost Accounting, Purchasing, Contract Management)
- A minimum of 1 year SQL script development
- A high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency
- The ability to work onsite with our client and project team Monday through Friday in Chantilly, VA and flexibility to work onsite as needed in the DC Metro area region if requested by our client following hire

Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts. Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for providing exceptional support for the customer's financial management system in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The desired candidate should have functional knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting, the customer's business system, and a proven record of resolving complex business issues. In addition, the desired candidate should be familiar with the customer's business processes, possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. As a Business Systems Analyst, the desired candidate will be expected to identify gaps in the customer business process, document recommendations, and execute solutions to assist the customer's Accounting department. As part of this role, they will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving system issues.

The Business Systems Analyst will also support the customer's Internal Control, Information Technology Government Control (ITGC) and Audit Remediation efforts. In this role, the analyst will work alongside the customer, documenting processes to meet requirements, identify fit-gaps in current processes, and provide recommendations to achieve success. The desired candidate should be familiar with any and/or all the above audit policies and be able to identify a strategy to achieve success, prepare project plans, and execute tasks to completion.

Primary Responsibilities
• The BSA will be instrumental in BTR's existing Momentum implementation from a functional and strategic standpoint.
• The Analyst will participate in learning the Momentum Financials Suite, a COTS Financial System, and guide the client organizations through required decisions on change requests and enhancements to the system.
• Perform at an advanced functional/technical level on all phases of analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications.
• Participate in the Requirements Analysis, Testing, Documentation and Training of the initial system configuration and subsequent final system configuration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide full characterization of information system security compliance, including system connectivity, in terms of administrative, technical and organizational factors and develop risk management alternatives for securing environment requirements and problems.

Support activities for security compliance and risk management, including security authorization, certification and accreditation (C&A) of new systems introduced into the environment and, as required, re-certify legacy systems to verify security controls are in place and vulnerabilities are mitigated.

Author and update security authorization documentation following the System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) methodology (e.g. security plan, security assessment report).

Support the update and tracking of associated security documentation in DHS FISMA reporting databases.

Has a working knowledge of MS Office Suite and can provide deliverables to support project deployment on an as-needed basis. A successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a project lead and providing briefs to government staff on ongoing activities. Must be capable of leading a Project including creating and project schedules and ensuring they are adhered to.


Required Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems or other related technical discipline. Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for the degree. In addition, typically requires 5-7 years experience.

General Experience:
- 3+ years of security compliance and C&A experience with Federal Government and knowledge of Government security requirements and standards (e.g. FIPS, NIST SP 800 series, OMB 130, and FISMA)
- 3+ years of experience in Information Assurance, Security, and Governance
- 3+ years of experience writing, reviewing and understanding system security plans (SSP), network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOP)s, and system design documents (SDD)
- Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Security Assessment Plan (SAP) Matrix requirements
- Knowledge of applications and systems development security
- Experience with IT security architecture design and technologies - behavior based a must, hands-on a plus
Specialized Experience:

Experience with Department of State Information Technology Change Control Board (ITCCB), Information Technology Review Board (ITRB), and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Processes.

Additional Required Skills and Qualifications:

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication, problem solving and computer (ability to adapt to new software and systems) skills.
