Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a senior leader in CACI's growing Business System Solutions (BSS) organization, the desired candidate will lead detailed organizational assessment and implementation planning activities in support of a major business process standardization and systems consolidation project for a Federal customer.

· As a seasoned ERP systems integration consultant, leads activities to identify and plan for the end-to-end impacts of migrating organizational components to a new ERP-based COTS solution which implements a standard set of business processes within the financial, acquisition, and asset management domains.

* As a change practitioner, collaborates with customer leadership to assess the change management risks faced by migrating organizations and the high-level mitigation strategies needed to facilitate organizational adoption.
* As a key client facing representative, works to support a collaborative team environment which promotes staff, sub-contractor, and client partnerships to meet common goals and shared program objectives.
* As an experienced consulting professional, advances a business model that endorses the highest level of professional ethics and client affiliations built with trust, integrity, and mutual respect.

Required Qualifications:

* Senior level business transformation professional with demonstrated track record implementing multiple successful ERP enabled projects in a Federal environment.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing COTS/ERP-based business solutions, including designing and implementing ERP functional configurations; reporting and data warehousing solutions; and managing external system integration requirements.
* Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and exposure to multiple ERP implementation methodologies and tools.
* Demonstrated experience conducting organizational readiness assessment activities to include the application and understanding of industry best practices and tools within the areas of business process gap/fit analysis, data quality assessment, organizational change management, and risk management.
* Superior written and oral communication skills are required.
* Current Security Clearance or ability to attain a Federal Security Clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in related field and 10-12 years of related experience. A masters degree in systems engineering or business management is a plus but not required.

Desired Qualifications:

* Prior experience leading functional teams responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle R12 or 11i Federal Financial Management solutions.
* Prior experience configuring and implementing Compusearch PRISM-based solutions.
* Prior experience configuring and implementing Sunflower Assets-based solutions.
* Prior experience supporting ERP data conversion and/or data quality assessment activities within a Federal environment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is desired but not required.
