Description
Duties and Responsibilities: With minimum guidance provides top-level technical expertise, including performing in-depth and complex software systems programming and analysis. Designs architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems and DoD architectures.
Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of CC/S/A's in planning and executing individual application migrations. Good understanding of the DoD Intranet Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) program. ACTIVE TOP SECRET Clearance is required. Typically requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) and seven to nine years of related experience.
Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of the DoD's SIPRNet and NIPRNet boundaries.
