Description
Develops and presents complex language training materials and programs for customers and in-house employees. Tests trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex language and area studies topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent and five to seven years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.
We need candidates with teaching experience in the following languages:
Urdu (TS/SCI/CI Poly and above)
Somali Uncleared
A native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 4 in reading, listening and speaking in the standard form of the language to be taught; OR
A non-native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in the standard
form of the language to be taught.
PREFERRED: Master's degree in Education, Linguistics, or Area Studies.
