Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
CACI is seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to support the USSTRATCOM Global Innovation and Strategy Center (GISC) in developing Operational assessment methodologies and execution strategies through application of advanced database, theories, and research techniques.
In this capacity you will:
Plan, conduct, and provide technical and analytical support to the GISC Assessments Division
Provide technical consultation to the government client and contract management staff. Support the GISC client and USSTRATCOM Directorates, Components, Centers, and Task Forces with improving their operational assessment processes, metrics, and decision support methodologies through assistance in developing measures of performance and measures of effectiveness of assigned effects and tasks.
Structure tasks, build action plans and schedules, track the progress of these plans, and prepare talking points and communications for senior-level government clients pertaining to operational assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience
Experience with:
SQL databases
Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments
One or more USSTRATCOM Lines of Operation (Cyberspace, Space, or Deterrence)
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree (highly desired)
Specialized Training and/or exposure with:
Effects Based Approach to include developing and assessing Measures of Effectiveness and Measures of Performance
DoD and/or USSTRATCOM policies, procedures, and publications
Developing measures and metrics applied towards assessing effects and tasks
Understanding of USSTRATCOM missions
Understanding of the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
