Provide Tier 3(technical) help desk support and incorporate Tier 3 help desk practices to resolution processes, and escalation procedures that will be used by the Operations and Technical staff to maintain the VRM CRM/UD solution.
Specifically, this position will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support for identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Provide technical support for the development of a formal Application Support Plan.
- Ensure Tier 3 support activities are represented in the WBS of the PMP.
- Develop, maintain and oversee processes and procedures that employ Tier 3 help desk best practices in accordance with the Application Support Plan

Required Skills and Experience
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated expert with MS Dynamics and Web Services technologies
- Must have solid communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in working with end users to help identify and resolve technical issues associated with the CRM application.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM business segment
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a integrated test team on large-scale projects
- Experience with use of Rational Tools
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications
- Experience with MS Dynamics a plus
- Experience working in the VA environment
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain the appropriate Navy SPAWAR and VA security clearances to gain access to requisite facilities, tools, and environments.
