All applicants must possess a TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance for the following roles:
Administrative Support Professionals: Each role demands a variety of experience in specialty areas including calendar management and deconfliction, email and phone management, records management and filing, meeting and conference planning, inventory maintenance, travel booking, program expenditure tracking, and senior level executive support. Candidates must have proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, as well first-rate office management skills, customer service, and cables experience.
Budget & Financial Opportunities: We need budget/plans officers and financial accountants, administrators, and analysts at all levels to provide a wide range of support such as assisting the government with budget formulation, justification, and execution; conducting financial analysis and providing financial reporting; assisting customers in making operational decisions based on financial data; funding critical missions around the world; providing financial data entry and tracking in financial systems; and developing of cost models and estimates. Our accountants leverage their commercial and government accounting expertise to analyze source documentation; update and reconcile general ledger accounts; perform accounts payable functions; analyze financial statements; utilize forensic accounting methods; and complete corporate, program, and process audits.
Security Professionals: We are seeking trained security analysts and administrators to assist with all levels of security-related activities to include adjudicative support, the application of laws and regulations associated with the security clearance process, analysis of case files and documentation along with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines. Our security analysts will work closely with senior case managers to process and manage cases for the office.
