The Mission:
Establish and enable the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3, by providingenterprise-wide IT services and distribution to USSOCOM’s diverse geographical locations as well as providing these services to all its respective Components and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), through a modern, flexible, scalable service management and delivery framework.
Our Impact:
CACI will assist and partner with the USSOCOM J6 community by deploying industry leading IT solutions while enabling essential C4S services in support of USSOCOM’s mission to provide fully capable Special Operations Forces (SOF) to defend the United States and plan and synchronize operations against terrorist networks.
Functional Areas/Performance Objectives:
Provide Business Management Support: We provide program management and transition support for the TO, which includes oversight of all activities performed by its personnel and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and providing financial forecasting.
Network Operations (NetOps): We provide NetOps support encompassing the management and monitoring of Command and Control (C2) systems and networks, which are critical to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission.
System and Network Infrastructure: We provide all related network planning, engineering, and IT service management, to include supporting cyber security operations activities related to network services.
End User Support: We provide end user support services to manage the SIE computing environment.
Common Device Support: We provide and support common workgroup devices, which are installed and provided for shared usage by two or more personnel which include network-attached items, such as printers, scanners, copiers, digital senders, and multi-function devices, as well as all aspects of fixed and portable AV/VTC support (e.g installation, configuration, security, monitoring, setup, scheduling).
Configuration, Change, License, and Asset Management: We provide IT professional services to develop, document, structure, implement, coordinate, monitor, and deliver an IT Service Management (ITSM) instantiation.
