The mission
In support of the United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) Base Infrastructure Modernization program, the CACI team will be instrumental in enhancing and operating network infrastructure at Air Force bases worldwide. The primary objective of this program is to furnish, upgrade, design, test, install, and maintain all classified and unclassified Base Area Network (BAN) components, both wired and wireless. This comprehensive effort includes the operation, monitoring, and sustainment of the modernized Air Force network, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient communication capabilities across all bases.
Our impact
The CACI team will drive the transformation of the DAF’s base-centric IT to an enterprise approach, leveraging industry best practices. This includes assuming operations of the existing base network and ensuring its efficient and secure.
