Communications & IT Support Careers

Our ELITE team provides IT hardware, software, network IT, and communications support services. These services include day-to-day operations and maintenance (O/M), network and service monitoring, helpdesk services, and Tier 1-3 break-fix support. In addition to day-to-day O/M, ELITE offers cyber analysis and compliance, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, knowledge management design and engineering, project management, and PMO (Project Management Office) services and support.

ELITE comprises hundreds of employees and multiple subcontract partners, and it supports 11,700 customers across eight countries.
