CACI's Virtual University (CVU) has more than 20,000 resources and more than 70 industry certification tracks that employees can access 24/7. As part of CACI's commitment to ongoing education, our professionals have access to a personalized checklist of training through CVU.

We offer exclusive tuition discounts and waived fees, through EdAssist, which includes over 220 accredited schools. Full-time employees may receive tuition reimbursement up to a maximum of $12,000 per CACI’s fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). Part-time employees may receive tuition reimbursement up to a maximum of $6,000 per CACI's fiscal year (July 1- June 30).  Select university programs offer additional or other tuition discounts through their program.

CACI has identified specific certifications viewed as strategic for the overall business and valuable to employee career development such as Agile, AWS, Cybersecurity, Data Science/AI, DevSecOps, Program Management, Oracle, and SAP. When an employee attempts one of these certifications, CACI reimburses the cost of the certification exam.

SoFi offers student loan refinancing, financial counseling, and mortgage loan refinancing. CACI employees, their parents, children, and friends are eligible. Features include financial guidance and personal finance tools, 6-month reprieve for job loss, plus job counseling, and a $300 sign-on bonus for approved loans.
