The Mission: The USASOC mission is to man, train, equip, educate, organize, sustain and support forces to conduct special operations across the full range of military operations and spectrum of conflict in support of JFCs and interagency partners to meet theater and national objectives.
Our Impact: The purpose is to provide USASOC and its strategic partners (MARSOC, WARCOM, AFSOC, USSOCOM) and other Special Operations Commands, such as the TSOCs and Joint Operations Command (JSOC) with integrated Information Warfare (IW) and Electronic Warfare (EW) support, training development and delivery, planning and operations, analysis and assessments, exercise planning and assessment, readiness and modernization support, and logistics services.
Why Work With Us: You can directly support and serve the SOF community as it tackles the complex challenges of the modern battlefield. Challenges that stem from Near-Peer Competition, Multi-Domain Operations, and Information Warfare.
All SOF-related career fields are relevant to the SOFETOPS program. You can assist US SOF elements with their Modernization, Innovation, Information Warfare, Training Development & Delivery, and Operations & Exercise support activities.
Additionally, we offer professional development and training opportunities through CACI's Virtual University and Communities of Practice. This allows for Career Advancement with Leadership Academies, Mentorship Programs and Triennial Counseling.
