JCITA Careers

(Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity)

Expanding the limits of national security

The mission

JCITA's mission is to provide the U.S. government with a well-trained and knowledgeable cadre of counterintelligence practitioners to combat adversarial intelligence threats.

Our impact

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) JCITA program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training.

From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.

Training

JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence training, which includes CI operations, collections, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and adheres to COE standards.

JCITA offers in-residence courses, mobile training teams, and distance/distributed learning opportunities; courses include rigorous student assessments to meet strict instructional design standards.

What Our Employees Have to Say...

M.P.
CI Course Instructor
“The three words I would use to describe CACI's leadership team are: involved, caring, and honest. CACI has impacted my life by supporting me while I dealt with my father's illness and letting me continue to work. I think CACI is different than other companies because they actually value my experience and loyalty to the organization."
S.W.
CI Collections Instructor & Veteran
"CACI has impacted my life by bringing me a real sense of community.  After 24 years in the military, it's a little scary to leave all of that behind, especially that comradery developed during military service. This was never more apparent than during lockdown.  We all knew that CACI and the government were there to support us during that time."
J.S.
CI Specialist
"My team and I have impacted the Department of Defense by providing expert instruction and mentorship to developing intelligence professionals.  We are often their first experience in Counterintelligence, and we help set the stage for the careers of a hundred new agents each year.  If we didn’t do our job correctly, it could result in new agents either being inefficient or disinterested in their careers and thus affect National Security."
S.B.
CI Collections Specialist & Veteran
"I chose to work at CACI because not only had I heard great things about the company, but it held the post Army retirement position I wanted most. CACI has impacted my life by giving me a quality work environment filled with professional coworkers and a good mission. I believe CACI will continue making impact in the advancement, sustainment, and training of the DoD community."
C.K.
Electronics & Communication Tech
"The most important thing I've learned at CACI is that the combination of customer relationships, employee experience, and employee support are what make a good company. I know CACI will continue influencing essential government missions as well as the overall skills and morale of our employees."

Your potential is limitless. So is ours.

CACI is a place where stability and growth are offered every day. The secret to our success is CACI's vibrant culture and strong foundation of good character - firmly based on ethics, integrity, and doing the right thing.
