This is achieved through the development and defense of budgets, support in executing budgetary processes, and the utilization of performance data to enhance the acquisition process.

SETA empowers our customers' programs and Program Executive Offices (PEOs) to achieve superior mission performance through the support of a highly skilled, trusted acquisition workforce that delivers timely and data-driven business decisions.We facilitate our customers' national security missions through the acquisition of enabling capabilities. This includes supporting customer programs with cost, schedule, and performance management by providing Acquisition Professionals, Business Financial Professionals, Contract Maintenance Professionals, Program Integrators, Systems Engineers, and Technical Writers, among others.
