Communities of Engagement
CACI Communities of Engagement (CoEs) are employee-led networks that bring colleagues together around shared experiences, interests, and goals. Through networking, mentorship, professional development, and community outreach, CoEs help employees build relationships across the company, grow their careers, and make an impact beyond the office. Membership is open to all employees, and every community is supported by CACI leadership.

Feature one
Supporting the military community has been part of CACI’s culture for more than 60 years. MVP connects veterans, military spouses, and supporters across the company through peer support, outreach, and career resources.

Wellness and Accessibility supports the whole you. Through fitness challenges, wellness sessions, and caregiver resources, this community champions mental, physical, and financial health. It also works toward a workplace that’s accessible to all.
Learning Exchange connects you with colleagues and experts on topics members choose. Speaker sessions, panels, and workshops help you build new skills and broaden your perspective.
Workplace Connection is where you celebrate wins, meet new people, and have fun. From social events and networking to team celebrations, it helps build the close-knit culture CACI is known for.
Outreach Impact takes our work into the community. From STEM events that inspire the next generation to volunteer and service projects, members put their skills to work where it matters most.
