Feature one

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is a benefit for full-time salaried employees that provides flexibility and allows people to take a break from work and recharge in accordance with business need and with prior approval from their manager. Hourly employees are offered a generous semi-monthly accrual beginning the first day of employment. This accrual increases with the length of service.

CACI provides six fixed holidays for which CACI offices are closed.
Feature four

Paid Parental Leave is paid leave provided to parents upon the birth or adoption of a child under the age of 18. Full-time employees are eligible for 4 weeks and part-time employees are eligible for 2 weeks.

Benefit-eligible employees are covered for matters regarding a death in the immediate family. In such instances, benefit-eligible employees are authorized up to three days of paid leave.

The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) protects the job rights of individuals who voluntarily or involuntarily leave employment positions to undertake military service or certain types of service in the National Disaster Medical System. USERRA also prohibits employers from discriminating against past and present members of the uniformed services, and applicants to the uniformed services.
